Accounts Receivable Associate

Position Description:

This position manages Accounts Receivables; both foreign and domestic within accepted accounting practices and principles. Actively manages the Accounts Receivable function that covers activities from credit assessment to collection of funds. Maintain confidentiality of information.

Position Qualifications:

·         Associate degree in accounting or equivalent. 
·         Three years related experience.

Assembly Tech

Position Description: Assembles and tests mechanical and electrical custom equipment. Interfaces with Custom Engineering as required for job clarification and prioritization. Works towards continual improvement of the product and the work cell.
 
Reports to:     Director of Operations
 
Position Qualifications: Experience in wiring and assembly of electrical and mechanical devices. Basic knowledge of electronics and computer usage skills. Two years manufacturing experience. Must be able to read and understand blue prints. Must be trained to solder and use crimping tools. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds safely. Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, lift and twist. Must be able to juggle multiple projects while following through on all required tasks. Respond quickly and efficiently. Capable of memorizing and following procedures for multiple assignments. Must be able to tolerate an occasional noisy environment. Must be able to tolerate a lot of different functions operating in and around the area. Must have ability to juggle multiple projects while following through on all required tasks.

Controls Engineer

Position Description:

Working at Telesis Technologies as an Automation Controls Engineer, you will be part of a custom systems integration team. You will be tasked with applying your knowledge and skills to develop, implement and integrate industrial controls and automation solutions with our marking technology.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop control system applications with limited assistance. Typically includes PLC programming, HMI development, Vision and Motion Applications. Additional project applications may include Electrical Design and Robotics
  • Responsible for project installations, startups and implementation of Factory Assessment Tests (FAT) at our facility and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) at customer’s facility
  • Provide customer training
  • Provide sales estimating support of labor hours

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of industry experience in PLC programming and HMI development. PLC programming preferred in Rockwell. Mitsubishi, Omron, or Siemens is a plus.
  • 2+ years of industry experience in Vision system integration. Cognex preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline
  • Ability to read electrical wiring schematics
  • Basic mechanical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects
  • Ability to travel to and work at client locations (sometimes on short notice) up to 25%
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Lives in or around the Columbus, Ohio Metro area
  • US Citizenship or otherwise authorized to work in the United States without a Visa
  • AutoCAD Electrical drawing design is a plus
  • Robot programming experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of NEC Code, NFP79 and ISO 13849-1 is a plus
  • Option to work remotely when doing certain tasks

Manufacturing Engineer

Position Description: Develop an in depth knowledge of our products/processes.  Apply education/experience in design, processes, costs and creativity in order to work together with a team to streamline manufacturing and support customer requirements.  This will require leading independent departments and projects while supporting all branches in operations.

Marketing Coordinator – Remote

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and identify trends in vertical markets (aerospace, heavy machinery, medical, electronics, and others)
  • Identify and analyze competitors and maintain view of competitive landscape
  • Prepare reports via the collection and analysis of sales data
  • Collaborate with the design department to produce exceptional promotional materials
  • Generate clear and engaging product marketing copy

Requirements

Sr. Laser Engineer – Fremont, CA

Position Description

Plans, coordinates and monitors the operations of the development and ongoing support of the product;  as well as, supervision of a product’s development along with its associated software, spares, options, and their documentation.  Responsible for the management of the product to meet product development schedules and deadlines. Provide ongoing technical support and direction to the sales, engineering, production, and field service departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience in the fields of electronics, lasers and optics.

Technical Support Associate (IT)

Position Description:

Provide basic IT Desktop Support/System Support to end users on a variety of computer system issues; to respond to telephone calls, email and technical support requests; and to document, track and monitor issues ensuring a timely resolution.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, researches, resolves, and responds to a high volume of simple to moderately complex issues or questions received from internal and external customers.
  • Provides status and follow-up information to internal or external users.
  • Documents user issues in call tracking system timely and accurately.
  • Assists real-time in the resolution of support issues to decrease downtime and to bring about high levels of satisfaction.
  • Keeps current on policies and relevant product and industry trends in order to provide technically accurate solutions to customers.

Education

Associate degree in a computer technology field preferred.

 

Experience

Three (3) years of computer systems related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include two (2) years propriety software support experience and one (1) year Windows operations system troubleshooting experience.
