The Director of Finance will be a trusted business advisor and partner to the CEO. Responsibilities include:
· Supervises the entire finance unit and is the chief financial spokesperson for the organization
· Assists in all strategic and day-to-day matters relating to cost benefit analysis, budget management, forecasting needs and securing new funding
· Oversight over all accounting and finance functions of the organization
· Preparation of reports to CEO and BOD
· Ownership of all Financial Planning and Analysis reporting
· Improve process and systems
· BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA, CMA and/or CPA highly desirable
· 10+ years’ experience at a senior finance level, preferably in manufacturing
· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well orally and in writing and manage well at all levels of the organization.
· Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
· High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.

The Receptionist manages the switchboard; receives and relays incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. Takes correct and complete messages when needed and delivers them to appropriate personnel. Acts as receptionist for clients and visitors – registers visitors, ensures they sign appropriate paperwork and notifies appropriate personnel of their arrival. Provides support to Human Resources by alleviating minor administrative details and doing special projects as needed.
